White peach, star jasmine and gardenia aromas mingle with a trace of vanilla. Bright fresh flavors evolve on the mid-palate and vibrantly burst in a delicious framework of fresh natural acidity. This wine is crafted in the style that we personally prefer, avoiding the heavy hands of malo-lactic fermentation and excessive oak.
50% Grenache Blanc, 45% Roussanne, and 5% Marsanne
Vinified without the use of oak. The aromas suggest a bouquet of honeysuckle, jasmine and citrus blossoms. The mid-palate feels like a flood of honeyed white fig carried by natural grape acidity. The purity of fruit carries long in the lingering finish. Best experienced slightly chilled. The resulting wine is crisp and delicate and focused entirely on the character of the fruit.
Discover classic Pinot notes of bright berry, tea leaf and toasty briar with notes of game and bacon. The mid-palate is delightfully even with perfectly integrated flavors, which resolve in a mouthwatering finish where the flavors linger.
Very ripe aromas of black currant and a trace of cedar introduce the first taste, which floods the middle with expansive ripe black fruit flavors from our Valley Floor vineyards. The gently gripping tannin of our Howell Mountain fruit coats the palate and lingers in the long finish. This wine gracefully balances the characters of the two AVAs.

Charbono shows a rare combination for a California red of thorough ripeness and bright tangy acidity. Ripe, red berry candy, and grape jelly aromas with just a touch of lavender floral character. Very lively acidity and medium body address the palate with very fine gentle tannin. Beautifully balanced. A very versatile food wine.
